You will have chance to experience and learn how to manage with HR processes:
- collecting quantitative and qualitative process data and helping HR Process Team to provide Business with service quality levels through analyses and measures of the effectiveness of existing processes in order to increase productivity and level of service quality
- help manager in creating or updating new HR process flows, by assisting the editing of existing flows based on the analysis and needs of HR Competence Lines’.
- assisting on monitoring and on control systems related to service levels on administrative services
- assisting HR Process Team in defining guidelines, by learning UniCredit internal regulations and related levels of standards for the HR Delivery Model in terms of efficiency and service innovation
FOCUS ON UNICREDIT HR PROCESSES UNIT
The HR Processes unit, part of the newly constituted department within the HR function namely HR Transformation and Operations Office, has the mission to analyse the performance level of HR processes and their tools/headcount, through specific indicators, and create programs and/or through projects, in order to improve HR service model.
